Our Story
Built on one principle: people deserve to travel safely.
Migration Solution Limited was founded to address a clear problem in Kampala: too many Ugandans were being exploited by unlicensed agents promising jobs abroad — collecting fees, disappearing, or placing workers in unsafe conditions with unverified employers.
We built a different model. As a fully licensed external labour recruitment agency (Licence No. E1911594), we operate within Uganda's legal framework for overseas employment. Every employer we work with is reviewed. Every contract is explained to the worker before signing. Every departure is documented and tracked.
Our office on Mengo, Balintuma Road is not a call centre or a website — it is a physical place staffed by people who answer questions, process documents, and take accountability for each placement we make.
We place workers in Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Dubai, Qatar, and across the broader Middle East. Our job categories span security, hospitality, domestic services, technical trades, transport, and office roles — twelve categories, each with its own requirements, destinations, and support package.

Legal Compliance
We hold a valid Uganda government recruitment licence (No. E1911594) issued by the Ministry of Gender, Labour and Social Development. Every placement is documented, legal, and traceable.
Worker Safety First
No worker travels until we have confirmed their employer details, contract terms, accommodation, and emergency contact arrangements. We do not rush placements.
Transparency
We explain every fee, every document, every step before you commit. There are no hidden costs, no surprise deductions after arrival, and no third-party agents collecting additional charges.
Employer Accountability
We review every employer before placing workers with them. If an employer has a poor track record — late wages, poor conditions, contract violations — we stop placing workers with them.
Local Presence
Our physical office on Mengo, Balintuma Road (Next Namirembe Courts Apartment), Kampala is open to walk-ins. You can meet our team in person, ask questions face-to-face, and track your application progress directly.
Post-Arrival Support
Our responsibility does not end when your plane lands. If you experience problems in your first weeks — with the employer, accommodation, or contract — contact us and we will respond.

Many individuals in Kampala claim to offer jobs abroad without holding a valid government licence. They collect fees, provide fake contracts, or disappear before departure. Always verify that your recruitment agency holds a valid External Labour Recruitment Licence issued by the Ministry of Gender, Labour and Social Development of Uganda.
