Pre-Departure Training

All workers complete a mandatory orientation covering your country's workplace norms, cultural expectations, and conduct standards before they travel. They arrive prepared.

Contract & Documentation

Employment contracts are prepared and reviewed with selected workers. All documentation is compiled and verified by our team before submission.

Step 04

Pre-Departure & Travel

Workers complete orientation. Travel arrangements are confirmed. Workers arrive at your facility on the agreed date, documents in hand and prepared.
